These came in generous bunches, and I even got extras for volunteering!
This is what garlic ramps look like:
First CSA meal included: coconut rice with lemony fried seitan and vegan sage-nutmeg creamed-spinach with coconut milk for the cream. With salty radish on the side and almond bits on top.
The spinach is Bittman's, though the addition of coconut milk to all my cooking should properly be credited to roommatenews.com, that is EB.

That looks so delicious! I'm totally gonna try creamed spinach with coconut milk!
You should! There really seems no end to the decadent uses of coconut milk.
Here's my interpretation of Bittman's method:
-blanch spinach for a minute and then shock with cold water; chop roughly
-heat up some neutral oil and cook some chopped sage leaves; add a spoon or so of flour and cook until golden
-add coconut milk and soy milk to the pan, and then the spinach; cook, stirring, until thickened up; salt, pepper, fresh ground clove
-MMM! Might have to make more tomorrow.
